1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 quart milk

3 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped

0.35-ounce cacao powder

Cornstarch, for dusting pan and marshmallows

Confectioners' sugar, for dusting marshmallows and garnish

2.11 ounces glucose

1.16 ounces dextrose powder

1/3 cup water

1/3 cup heavy cream

1.16 ounces glucose solids
