1 tbl vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup corn syrup

1/3 cup sugar

4 tbl butter

1/3 cup pureed pine nuts

1/4 cup lightly toasted whole pine nuts

2 cup good quality balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup fresh basil, leaves

2 cup sugar

1 cup water

2 tbl corn syrup

1/2 x lemon, juice
