1 Tbs Soy Sauce

Vegetable Stock, for simmering

1 Tbs Tamarind Concentrate

1/4 Cup Agave Nectar

1 Tbs Tamari or Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Ginger

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Molasses
