6 Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled
  • 4 Tbsps butter at room temperature
  • 3 ozs cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsps sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup milk

1 cup of milk is too much. It makes the potatoes real runny. In order to fix it i put it on the stove for the steam to dissolve. Its a lot better now. Id recommend a half cup of milk. N i also used lawrys seasoned salt. It turned out great. However this recipe didnt really have good specific instructions, i wouldnt make this again. I suggest yu look up creamy mashed potatoes by Pioneer Woman. It helps a lot more!
