1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder


1 tablespoon cornmeal

1 tube (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup ginger sauce

1/4 pound peeled and deveined cooked shrimp

1 small red or yellow bell pepper, cut into matchsticks

1 1/2 ounces snow peas, halved diagonally

1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
