2 tablespoons soy sauce + more to taste

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 cups napa cabbage, especially leafy parts, sliced

2 ounces steamed red fish cake or kamaboko, thinly sliced

6 to 8 ounces thinly sliced char siu, or Chinese roast pork
