1 x red bell pepper, julienned: For the Salad

1 x cucumber, julienned

2-3 medium carrots, julienned

2 hearts romaine lettuce, shredded

2 x tomatoes, cut into wedges

6 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2-1 cup fresh chopped basil

8-10 oz vermicelli rice noodles

2 tsp cooking oil

1 1/2 pound chicken breast, cut into small pieces

1 x lime wedges, for garnish

3 tbsp Fish Sauce: For the Sauce

3 tbsp black soy sauce

3 tbsp golden mountain sauce

3 tbsp Rice Vinegar

3 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp sugar

2 tsp sriracha
