14 oz, Sweetened condensed milk, preferably Eagle® brand

2 Tbsp, instant coffee, preferably Taster's Choice®

2 Tbsp, Godiva® Dark Chocolate Truffle cocoa Powder

MOCHA CAKE LAYER

3/4 C, Reserved Mocha Cake mixture

chocolate CREAM LAYER

1 C, Heavy cream

1 Tbsp, Bittersweet or Semisweet chocolate, shavings

whipped CREAM topping

1/2 C, Heavy cream

2 Tbsp, powdered sugar

1/4 tsp, vanilla extract

As Needed, Ground cinnamon
