Ingredients

CHICKEN STRIPS:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup fat-free egg substitute

1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon grated lemon rind

1 1/2 teaspoons crab-boil seasoning, such as old bay

1 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into short strips

DIPPING SAUCE:

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup whole-grain mustard

1/4 cup dijon mustard
