2 cups Lukewarm water

1.5 - 2 teaspoons Salt

1 cup Whole wheat flour

3.5 - 4 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour

A little milk or oil or rendered lard (not more than a couple tbs)

1 tablespoon Nigella (kalonji) seeds (optional)
