15 - 30 ml (1-2 Tbsp) cold water

200 g blueberries

100 g sugar

1 x vanilla bean, split and seeded

pinch of Chinese five spice

125 g (4.5oz) unsalted butter, softened

125 g (4.5oz) icing sugar

3 x eggs

2.5 ml (½ tsp) dark rum

60 g (4.5oz) ground almonds or almond meal

65 g shredded coconut, unsweetened

30 g (1oz) all purpose flour
