1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

2 tsp grated lime zest

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp Ground Ginger

1/4 tsp salt, to taste

1 cup FOR SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK CHANTILLY, OPTIONAL ---- Whipping Cream

2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
