1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 cups flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 stick butter, softened

1/3 cup honey

1 cup ground almonds

2 eggs

1/4 cup heavy cream

4-5 fresh plums, cut into slices (number will depend on sizes of fruit)

4-5 fresh apricots, cut into slices

slivered almonds, toasted (optional garnish)
