2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons dried oregano

6 chicken legs

2 cups cooked white beans

freshly ground black pepper

1 cup chicken stock

4 cloves garlic, peeled, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces

1 bulb fennel, cut into 1/2-inch dice

1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch dice

1/4 cup olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
