2 x red chillis, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 inch ginger, peeled and finely chopped

1 tbsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp coriander seed

1 tbsp turmeric

2 big tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped or a handful of small ones, diced

1 tbsp red pepper flakes

1 handful coriander leaves, chopped

1 x fresh lemon
