I made this at Christmas and decorated with white chocolate curls, white chocolate Grenache and wafer snowflakes - see pic :) - it was a huge hit and looked absolutely beautiful. My one suggestion would be eating all on day you bake- it gets chewy after a couple of days

Ingredients for 8 servings

1 cup cake flour (spooned and leveled)

1/4 teaspoon salt

12 large egg whites, room temperature

1 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 1/4 cups sugar

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Berries and Cream, for serving
