200 g mascarpone cheese

1 tablespoon orange blossom water

Small pinch ground cinnamon

1/4 cup icing sugar, sifted

8 fresh mint leaves, super finely chopped

1 cup cream, whipped

Sweet shortcrust pastry ~ enough to line a 21cm x 29cm x 2cm tin

12 fresh figs, quartered

100 g whole hazelnuts, roasted

Extra fresh mint leaves to serve

Softened butter to grease baking tin

Light agave nectar to serve

Icing sugar for dusting
