1/2 cup walnut pieces

1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil

2 tbsp Nama Shoyu or Tamari (I use Coconut Aminos instead, to avoid the soy and gluten)

1/2 cup fresh blood orange juice (you can use any type of orange juice)

Fine ground sea salt (optional) to taste

Fresh black pepper to taste
