  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 onion , finely chopped
  • 50.0g butter
  • 300.0g risotto rice
  • pecorino shaved or grated, to serve
  • 400.0g broad beans , after double podding. (you'll need about 2kg to start)
  • 1 garlic clove , crushed
  • 1½l chicken or vegetable stock
  • 8 rashers bacon , about 200g , finely sliced
