800 g chicken, cut into bite size pieces

3 cups short grained rice

1/2 tablespoon of paprika

1 ripe tomato, peeled

Lemon wedges to garnish

12 Vaquetes snails, well cleaned (optional)

200 g Garrofon beans

100 ml olive oil

Saffron threads

Salt

250 g Ferradura beans (wide green beans)

600 g rabbit meat, cut into bite size pieces
