1 cup couscous

1 can (19 oz/540 mL) lentils , drained and rinsed

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1/2 tsp salt

4 carrots , grated

4 radishes , halved and sliced

2 cups chopped cauliflower florets

2 celery stalks , sliced

1 sweet red pepper , chopped

1-1/2 cups Lime Chili Dressing , (recipe link below)

1-1/2 cups chilled English cucumbers

2 cups cherry tomatoes , halved

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 green onion , chopped
