1 stalk hearts of palm , sliced in rounds (optional)

1 cup iceberg lettuce , shredded

2 green pepper rings or pepperoncini peppers

4 slices ham

prepared salad dressing, on the side, to taste

2 leaves radicchio

2 slices cheddar cheese

3 green olives , stuffed

2 leaves bibb lettuce

1/2 head red-leaf lettuce

3 chives , chopped

3 slices turkey

3 slices mortadella (or other Italian cold cut meat)

1 radish , sliced thinly
