3 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup sliced onions

1/2 cup oranges, peeled & diced

1/2 cup POM pomegranate seeds

1/4 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup grilled chicken, diced

1/3 cup POM 100% pomegranate juice

1/2 x clove fresh garlic, chopped

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Lime Juice or cider vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Salt & pepper to taste.
