It was very good! Juicy and tender! Could taste just a little of the apricot, so wish there was a bit more of that flavor. Next time would add more apricot preserves.

1 lemon and herb marinated pork tenderloin (Hormel is my favorite)

2 Tbsp apricot preserves or orange marmalade

2-3 Tbsp chopped fresh sage

2-3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil

2-3 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano

2 Tbsp mustard seeds

1 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste
