1/2 cup grated peeled apple

1/2 cup chopped yellow onion

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Ground pepper, to taste

Sea salt, to taste

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup walnut pieces

1 teaspoon dried sage
