2 cloves garlic , minced

1 tsp dried marjoram

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 cup red wine

1 can (28oz/796 mL) tomatoes

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 egg

1 cup fresh bread crumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped salami , or ham

1/4 cup chopped rinsed green olives

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1 tbsp rinsed drained capers
