1 tablespoon baking powder

3/4 cup skim milk

1/3 cup chocolate chips (or 1/4 c mini chips)

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 cup whole wheat flour (pastry if you have it)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 cup brown sugar , packed firmly
