old-fashioned rolled oats - 2 cups

chopped walnuts - 1 cup (you can use nuts of your choice - pistachio, almonds, pecans; in case of nut allergies, you could try sunflower or pumpkin seeds)

unsweetened coconut flakes - 3/4 cup

cranberries - 1/2 cup (you could also use raisins, currants or dried fruit of your choice)

sea-salt (or salt) - 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon

orange zest - from one big orange

olive oil - 1/2 cup

maple syrup - 1/4 cup (you could substitute with honey or use a combination of the two. Add more to suit your preference)
