  • 1 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp red curry paste
  • 1 lb broccoli, cut into florets and steamed
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup dry-roasted unsalted cashews
