  • 12 6 inch bamboo skewers
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mirin
  • 1/4 cup Sake
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 head Red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Carrots, shaved with a vegetable peeler
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsps mirin
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1/3 cup basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup mint
