I know this is going to be good! I'll sub soy-free Vegenaise for the mayo or even go half and half with Greek yogurt and Vegenaise.

10 Brussels Sprouts Sprouts

1/2 Head Napa Cabbage

2 stalks Celery

1/2 cup mayonnaise, fresh-made if possible

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste
