500 g diced venison casserole mix

30 g plain flour

salt and freshly cracked black pepper

2 sticks of celery, diced 1cm dice

100 g self raising flour

50 g vegetable or beef suet

25 g grated mature cheddar cheese

1 tbs chopped fresh chives

75 g ice cold water
