  • 6 perfectly ripe medium Hass avocados
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 3 jalapenos, seeded, de-veined, and diced
  • about 1 Tbsp granulated garlic (or to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp Morehouse yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Tony Chachere Original Creole Seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1 large daikon radish
