1 cup Mushrooms (sliced into thin pieces)

4 stalks Lemongrass

1 handful lime leaves

5 x Lime

1 x Galangal root (peeled and sliced into 0.5 cm rounds)

3 tbsp Thai Roasted chili paste

fish sauce to taste

thai birdeye chilies to taste
