For me December means one thing: crates of clementines. So easy to peel and then that terrific burst of juicy flavor. I'm chewing one as I type. I never really thought to do anything with the balls of orange happiness except feed on them like crack, but this recipe caught my eye. Looks easy enough. I googled "caster" sugar...just British for superfine sugar. Might make some for holiday gifts...a jar of citrus crack!
