  • 1 small vidalia onion, chopped
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chicken broth or water
  • 2 radishes, chopped
