  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 3 green onions, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup minced gingerroot
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • Sandwiches:
  • 4 pieces skinless wild salmon (5 ozs each)
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 torpedo rolls or soft rolls, split in half lengthwise
  • 4 Tbsps tartar sauce or mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated carrot
  • 2 seeded, slivered jalapeno peppers, or to taste
  • 1/2 bunch washed cilantro
