Ingredients

Cupcakes:

2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1 1/4 cups milk

Frosting:

2 16-oz containers marshmallow fluff (creme)

2 cups unsalted butter, softened

8 cups confectioners sugar

2-3 tbsp milk

4 cups chopped chocolate, or chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips

Chocolate Dip:

3-4 14-oz bags chocolate candy melts, melted

Optional garnish:

Graham cracker crumbs
