Ingredients for 4 servings

2 ripe Haas avocados

1 lime, juiced

1 garlic clove, finely minced (I use a pretty big one)

salt

pepper

1 small roma tomato, diced

2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (I use it when I have it and when I’m feeling peppy)
