1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut lengthwise into 1" strips

1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon thai fish sauce

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon curry powder

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon stevia

DIPPING SAUCE:

1 tablespoon natural creamy peanut butter

1 tablespoon sugar-free canned coconut milk

1/2 tablespoon red curry paste

1/2 teaspoon fish sauce

4 grams glucomannan
