12 x scallions (green onions) cut into 2” length, julienned

1 lb enoki mushrooms (stems cut from their base so they are loose)

8 oz sour cherry jam

1 cup dried sour cherries

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

1/2 cup pomengranate Juice

1/4 cup shallots chopped

1 tbsp fresh grated ginger

3 x cloves garlic

1/4 cup water

1 tsp sesame oil
