  • 225 g strong white flour
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 small free-range eggs or 1 large egg
  • 3 tbs buttermilk
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tsp Coleman’s English Mustard
  • 40 g chopped spring onions
  • 50 g grated Comté Cheese + a bit extra for garnish
  • 30 g chopped semi-dried tomatoes
