1/4 teaspoon salt

40 g self-raising flour

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla essence

250 g light muscovado sugar

30 ml sunflower oil

40 g plain flour

250 g dark chocolate

3 free range eggs

3 tbsp strong black coffee

150 g dark chocolate

100 ml strong black coffee

25 g coca powder

3 tbsp clear honey

For the Topping

seeds from 1 vanilla pod
