Ginger paste – 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp

Potatoes- 2 medium

Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

olive oil – 2 tbspn

Kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves) – 1 tbsp

Whole garam masala – 1 tbsp

Green chili -1 tsp (finely chopped) [Optional]

Salt as per taste

Cashews – 2 tbsp (powdered)

Tomato puree -1 cups

Onion -3/4 (pureed)

Ingredients for gravy:

Garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Coriander powder – 1 tbsp

Red chili powder – 1 tsp
