1 small fresh red chili, deseeded and minced

2 handfuls red and/or yellow cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped

Juice of 2 lemons

2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, roughly torn

2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
