Ingredients for 8 servings

3.0 tbsp sunflower oil

2 cinnamon sticks

4.0 tbsp sunflower oil

2 good pinches saffron

thumb-size piece fresh root ginger , shredded

250.0g greek yogurt

FOR THE GARNISH

65 g sachet korma curry paste (we used Sharwood's)

225.0g frozen peas

2 large onions , halved and thinly sliced

2 onions , halved and very thinly sliced

3 star anise

butter , for greasing

500.0g basmati rice

6 green cardamom pods

½ tsp rosewater

1 small cauliflower , cut into small florets

250.0g diced potatoes

100.0g roasted, salted cashews nuts
