3/4 cup sour cream

1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted

2 large eggs

1 package (12 ounces) mini chocolate chips or mini mint chocolate chips, divided use

Cream Cheese Frosting:

2 cups powdered sugar

4 ounces Cream Cheese, well chilled, cut into chunks

2 tablespoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/8 teaspoon salt
