2 x whole spring onions

500 g rabbit meat

4 springs spring onions, white parts only

75 g deep-fried or roasted peanuts

1 tbsp fermented black beans

3 tbsp groundnut oil

2 1/2 tbsp Sichuan chilli bean paste

2 tsp light soy sauce

1/4 tsp White Sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp chilli oil (optional)
