For the chocolate ganache Filling

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup whole milk

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

7 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

For the marshmallow Meringue

2 large egg whites

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 vanilla bean, split and seeded

1 tablespoon light corn syrup

1/3 cup water
