2 cups boiling water

1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped zucchini

2 green onions, sliced

2 Roma tomatoes, seeded, chopped

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

2 teaspoons vinegar

1 teaspoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, if desired

1 1/2 pounds (4 pieces) walleye fillets, cut in half*

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter, melted
